Meridian Advisory Strategy / Operations / Government

Careers / FY26 intake

Work with partners.
From day one.

A boutique firm cannot afford to hide graduates behind senior consultants — and we don't want to. From your first engagement, you sit at the partner's table, contribute to the work, and own real pieces of client deliverables.1

Hiring process

Three rounds. No case interviews.

We do not run case interviews because we believe they test for case-interview skill, not consulting skill. Our process is built around real conversations about real work.

Round 01 Application

CV+letter

A CV and a one-page letter on a problem you have helped solve. Read by a partner, replied to within five business days.

Round 02 Conversation

60min

An hour with two consultants and a partner. Real questions about your experience, your interests, and your reasoning.

Round 03 Offer

10days

References, then a written offer including salary, study support, and start date. Decisions within ten business days of round two.

  1. Graduate consultants are paired with a partner mentor on day one and receive structured rotations across the strategy, operations, and government practices in the first 12 months. Performance reviews are quarterly.
