What we do
Six practices.
Each practice is led by a partner with deep, named experience in the field. We do not have a "staff augmentation" model — every engagement is scoped, staffed, and accounted for personally.
Exhibit 01 Practice list
Tightly scoped engagements led by a single named partner with weekly checkpoint cadence. Engagements typically run four to six months from kickoff to close-out.

How engagements run
Three commitments on every engagement.
These are the things that don't change between practices, between client types, and between engagement sizes.
Commitment 01 Partner accountability
A single named partner is accountable from kickoff to close-out. Not three. Not "the team." One.
Commitment 02 Weekly cadence
Every engagement has a fixed weekly checkpoint with the partner and the client lead. Slips are visible immediately.
Commitment 03 Tight scope
Most engagements are scoped to a defined question with a defined deliverable. Long-term retainers are the exception, not the rule.
